Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine bulgur and hot water. Cover and let sit 10 minutes.

2. In a food processor, grind the onion and press through a fine-mesh sieve to remove as much juice as possible.

3. In a small bowl, combine Köfte Baharat and 2 Tbsp water. Let sit 5 minutes.

4. Add puffed bulgur, onion, soaked Köfte Baharat, pomegranate molasses, Sun-Dried Tomato Powder mixed with 2 tsp water (or tomato paste), olive oil and salt to the food processor and process for 10-15 minutes, stopping occasionally, until it is a moldable texture.

5. Form into small, cigar-shaped rolls and squeeze gently to make finger impressions.

6. Serve with lettuce, tomato and lemon. Enjoy!
