Made in collaboration with Charlito's Cocina, our mild version of an old-time classic is seasoned with a beautiful sea salt, mild paprika, and garlic. It's made with pork from heirloom pigs raised cage-free without antibiotics.

Subtle and earthy, this cured Chorizo is just powerful enough, without overpowering. Perfect with charcuterie boards, you can also serve it with greens, a nice baguette, or, simply, but no less eloquently, on its own. Dry-cured for up to three months. Not heat-treated or smoked.

Make it a charcuterie board with Smoked Woodland Honey, Paprikash Mustard and Herbes de Provence!
