Ingredients
1 lb ground meat of choice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tsp Grillin’ Out Steak Seasonin’
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp black pepper
4 large eggs
4 slices cheddar
4 slices tomato
4 pieces Bibb lettuce
Fully cooked bacon for topping
4 brioche buns
Directions
Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Grillin’ Out spice blend, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Shape into four patties.
Grill burgers, covered, on an oiled rack over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, or about 4-5 minutes on each side. Add cheese slices at the very end of cook time.
In a skillet, add a bit of butter and cook the eggs over easy. Toast brioche buns on upper grill rack or in a dry skillet.
Add burger to bun, top with bacon, egg, tomato and lettuce. Have your favorite hot sauce on hand to turn things up!
