A savory, spiced butter with warming depth from Kebab Origin Blendโperfect for slathering on grilled meats, tossing into roasted veggies, or spreading onto warm flatbreads and sandwiches. I massage this butter under the skin of my chicken for a tasty roast. For an extra touch of heat and complexity, the optional addition of Black Urfa Chili is highly recommended!

Ingredients
1 stick (ยฝ cup) unsalted butter, softened

1ยฝ tsp Kebab
1 small clove garlic, finely grated
Zest of ยฝ lemon

Pinch of Wind-Blown Sea Salt
1 tsp fresh parsley or mint, finely chopped (optional)

ยผ tsp Black Urfa Chili (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl, mash the softened butter with Kebab until evenly combined.
Mix in the garlic, lemon zest, herbs (if using), salt, and optional chili.
Taste and adjust salt or spice blend to your liking.
Spoon onto parchment or plastic wrap, form into a log, and chill until firm.
Slice as needed. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer.
